Palm Beach Photographic Center Announces Winners of 26th Annual Membership Fair

Fatima NeJame, President and CEO of the world-renowned Palm Beach Photographic Center (PBPC), today announced the winners of her current exhibition:

The 26th annual MEMBERS’ SHOW juried exhibition runs until October 28th.

“This exhibit provides insight into the diverse work and unique perspectives of 36 different members of the Palm Beach Photographic Center,” NeJame said. “This year’s winners were announced at the exhibit’s live opening reception on August 26. The exhibit is also featured on our website at www.workshop.org.”

The Best In Show award went to Linh M. Trinh of Palm Springs, Florida for his photography Red Shouldered Hawk. He received a cash prize of $950.

The first place winner was EJ Morales of West Palm Beach for the photography Winter is Coming; while second place went to Jeff Olson of Coral Springs for his picture, The Hold Out. An honorable mention goes to Alberto Sisso of Fort Lauderdale for his photo, The Space Between.

The juror for the 26th annual MEMBERS’ SHOW was Craig Blacklock, one of the nation’s foremost nature photographers, who has been featured in numerous television and magazine reports. He has published 18 books, dozens of calendars and several videos. His landscape and nude books have won numerous awards, including two gold IPPY awards and a gold and silver Pub West Design award. His photographs have been featured in more than 30 museum and art center exhibitions. Craig Blacklock has been inspiring and training photographers through week-long workshops and lectures since 1982.
